A retreat for your yacht

As you are aware, I have been a frequent visitor to the Marina for approximately 10 years. In that time I have seen many changes, both good and bad. I am writing this today to express what I see as tremendous improvements to the Marina. First, the staff could not be more professional and accommodating. Pablo is a very knowledgeable and professional manager and his knowledge of boating and dock construction is very evident. Second, the improvements to security are exceptional. Having security guards patrolling is very comforting for everyone in and around the marina. Third, the recent improvements to the infrastructure are certainly welcome. The new gates at the gangways are architecturally pleasing and provide additional security. I have a unique insight into what it takes to run a marina and as far as I can see Marina Vallarta is currently one of the best! Keep up the great work.

Marina Vallarta is my favorite Marina in Mexico for the following reasons: Professionally managed; Friendly Office Staff with excellent English speaking abilities; Good and ever present dock security; Responsive facility repair when needed; Wonderful Location many restaurants, bars, shops and regular live music on the plaza; Easy quick access to Puerto Vallarta, either by bus, taxi, or your own vehicle; Quite picturesque just an incredibly beautiful spot.

I just want to thank you Alexandra and his office for the fantastic service and attention myself and my team are receiving from your office now. The new Harbor master Pablo Fernandezis a professional and it shows now. when I arrived two years ago we and my friends were treated with no respect and received no help...now life here is returning fast as it should have years ago. The rules are now enforced, the staff is happy and now care, more has happened since the change over was completed that is positive that we have seen since we all arrived here at your marina. Myself and team are all blue water experts, so this change is much appreciated and we wanted this letter to reach your team. With the positive changes here now I will be looking at bring my entire team here from the states
